What TalkTalk number do I need for an engineer visit?
As TalkTalk uses the Openreach Network, its engineers will sometimes be called out upon your request if you have reported a problem.
If, for any reason, you would like to reschedule the appointment with your Openreach engineer, you can give them a call on 0870 087 8777. You will have any time up until 12 midday the day before your appointment to amend the timing - any later and you might be charged a late booking fee of £65.

Does TalkTalk have a live chat?
TalkTalk does have a live chat option, but it’s not the easiest to find!
If you click through onto a page from the Need Some Help tab, you’ll be able to select another option at the bottom under Need to Speak to Someone? Select the yes option and you’ll be given a live chat logo. Click it and it’ll open the chat window at the bottom of your screen to start speaking to a TalkTalk customer service agent. The live chat option is available Monday through to Sunday.
What is TalkTalk Webmail?
TalkTalk Webmail is an email service only for TalkTalk broadband customers.
If you’re wanting to start an email account as a TalkTalk customer, just follow the steps below:
- log into My Account
- On the main menu, Select My Package
- Scroll down to My email and select Manage mailboxes
- Select Manage TalkTalk Mail
- Select Add mailbox
- Select Create new mailbox
- Enter the Email address and password you require
- Select Add mailbox
